At the heart of any Real Estate transaction you will find people
People excited about finding a new place to call home, folks needing to move on to the next chapter in their life, and hard working go-getters building their dream of success.
It is with this understanding that I approach my business
Real Estate is about people
Over the course of the past 30 years I have personally participated in many Real Estate transactions and met amazing folks along the way. These experiences have enriched me on a personal level, broadened my depth of knowledge, enlightened my understanding and prepared me well for my profession. And at some point I simply fell in love with Real Estate!
As a Home Buyer, excited and ultra-nervous waiting with anticipation for the news that our offer was accepted and we are approved for the loan! The new home owner wondering how in the world we will be able to afford the new mortgage and asking "what were we thinking?" while imagining the paint color for the kitchen.
As a Home Seller, having felt the sadness of leaving behind a well-loved home rich in memories, beautifully tended gardens and lovely neighbors and hoping still for the home to sell quickly.
As an Investor, rolling up my sleeves, wielding an assortment of tools, working long and hard to mend properties badly neglected, all in the hope of providing our children with an education and our own future into retirement.
As a Landlord, providing tenants with clean properties to call home.
As a Real Estate Professional, I draw from this deep well of knowledge, experience and understanding to better serve my client's needs, I am dedicated to the highest quality of customer care while providing a wide range of services.
A little about my personal life...
I am currently a resident of Fair Oaks. I love this area and take advantage of our proximity to the American River to take our Border Collie, Bella, for her beloved walks. All I have to say is the word "walk" and she goes nuts! Running in circles and dashing towards the door and leaping into the collar.
I moved to Sacramento in 1983 after growing up in the Chicago area and a short stint in the bay area. Ever since I moved to California a have felt like I am on vacation. The warm weather and all the beautiful places so close at hand. We are very lucky.
I have two amazing kids that bring me incredible joy. Even though they decided to move away and pursue their dreams else where, I am in touch with them constantly and take advantage of the free mileage points to travel to see them.
My daughter is a Meteorologist in Buffalo, NY and blessed me with twin grandsons this past June.
My son is a Naval Aviator flying jets and serving our country. I could not be more proud of his strength and commitment.
I have so many likes and hobbies and they often change as I find a new passion along life's journey, but some of my favs are: gardening, photography, antiquing, traveling, writing poetry, quilting, home decorating, reading, dancing, listening to music, cooking, baking, shopping, tennis, golf and beach combing.
I enjoy meeting new people and my business provides me with this wonderful opportunity to meet so many wonderful folks in all walks of life and work with them to achieve their goals. It is very satisfying and rewarding!
